Brock University’s administrative offices will be closed for the Easter holiday weekend from Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 17.
However, some key areas of the University will remain open.
The following is a list of campus services that are open and closed on the Easter holiday weekend:
Campus Security Services
Officers are available 24-7 by phoning 905-688-5550 x3200, via emergency phones on campus, by emailing security@brocku.ca or through the Brock Mobile App.
Access to campus
As part of Brock’s COVID-19 vaccine policy, a vaccine mandate is in effect for all individuals involved in any in-person activities on campus. This includes all faculty, staff and students, as well as all visitors and guests coming onto any Brock campus or site.
In addition to showing proof of vaccination, visitors will be required to complete the Brock Safety screening tool and show confirmation at the screening desk.

James A. Gibson Library
Closed: Friday, April 15
Open: Saturday, April 16 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, April 17 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Campus Store
The Brock Campus Store will be closed from Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 17. The online store continues to be open 24-7.
Walker Complex/The Zone
Closed: Friday, April 15
Open: Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17 from noon to 5 p.m.
Dining Services
All Brock Dining Services locations will be closed from Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 17 with the following exceptions:
Lowenberger and DeCew dining halls
Open Friday, April 15 from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, April 16 to Monday, April 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Hungry Badger Tim Hortons
Open Saturday, April 16 to Monday, April 18 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Starbucks
Open Saturday, April 16 to Monday, April 18 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Brock University Students’ Union
All Brock University Students’ Union (BUSU) businesses and BUSU’s reception desk will be closed from Friday, April 15 to Sunday, April 17.
Student Health Services
Student Health Services will be closed Friday, April 15 and resume Monday April 18.
Personal Counselling Services
Personal Counselling Services will be closed Friday, April 15 and resume Monday, April 18.
Students can receive urgent/crisis 24-7 telephone counselling by calling 1-833-276-2533 (1-833-BROCK33) or students who are outside of North America can call 001 416 382 3257 for 24-7 telephone support every day of the year.
Students in need of mental health supports can also access counselling and resources no matter the time of day through the My SSP mobile app, which offers text and chat support and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
