Reminder: Friday’s Town Hall to focus on equity, diversity, inclusivity and decolonization

The entire Brock community is invited to attend the University’s next Town Hall, which takes place Friday, April 8 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

Held on Lifesize, the virtual event will focus on equity, diversity, inclusivity and decolonization.

Fostering a culture of inclusivity, accessibility, reconciliation and decolonization is one of the four key pillars of Brock’s 2018-2025 Institutional Strategic Plan. Meeting that goal will be the result of work from faculty, staff and students from departments across the University.

Friday’s Town Hall will include conversations facilitated by members of the President’s Advisory Committee on Human Rights, Equity and Decolonization (PACHRED) and be chaired by Interim Brock President Lynn Wells.

American Sign Language interpretation will be provided.

The Town Hall can be accessed through this Lifesize link.
