Student input sought on campus housing

Brock University wants to hear from the student community about their housing needs.

Brock’s Department of Residences in Ancillary Services has hired consulting firm Scion Advisory Services to complete a student housing demand analysis and Residence Master Plan, which will continue to build on the student experience at the University.

Phase one of the four-phase project is a student demand survey being sent to all current undergraduate and graduate students via email on Thursday, March 31. The anonymous survey is designed to assess student housing needs, gaining feedback on housing, decision-making factors and amenities.

“Student input on housing on campus is a critical part of our process,” said Ed Wall, Associate Vice-President, Ancillary Services. “From first-year students to graduate students, understanding their needs will help shape the future of the department.”

Students who participate in the survey will be eligible to win:

  • One of two Apple Watches (7 Series)
  • One of four AirPods (3rd generation)
  • One of five $100 Visa gift cards

Deadline to complete the survey is Monday, April 11 at 9 a.m.
