A system upgrade will impact online access to the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) student and administrative portals beginning later this week.
The planned disruption will mean the portals will be unavailable from Saturday, March 5 at 7 a.m. until the morning of Wednesday, March 9.
During this time, all processing of applications will be halted and there will be no access to any part of the portals. This includes all data uploads and downloads, such as Confirmation of Enrolment.
Brock students are advised that this is a complete outage and University staff will not have access to student files.
The disruption will specifically impact Brock Central @ the Registrar’s Office and its staff’s ability to answer specific OSAP questions, such as investigating a student’s application.
