The Ontario government’s GO-VAXX bus will return to Brock University’s main campus on Saturday, Feb. 12, Sunday, Feb. 13 and Tuesday, Feb. 15.
From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, staff in the fully accessible mobile vaccine clinic will be administering COVID-19 vaccines in line with Ministry of Health guidelines. Anyone under 30 will receive Pfizer and those 30 and older will receive Moderna.
Students, faculty, staff and anyone from the wider community are welcome.
Walk-in appointments are available while supplies last. Appointments can also be made through Ontario’s booking portal or by phoning the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900. Appointments can be booked at 8 a.m. the day before each clinic.
Along with the opportunity to get vaccinated on the bus, Brock students can participate in Student Health Services’ ongoing booster shot clinics Mondays and Wednesdays at Harrison Hall. Appointments are required and must be booked online through the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre booking link.
Proof of receiving the booster can now be uploaded to the my.brocku.ca portal. Further information about vaccine requirements will be provided in the near future.
