The Ontario government’s GO-VAXX mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic is making another pit stop at Brock University.
The bus will be stationed in the Zone 1 parking lot of the University’s main campus Monday, Feb. 28 and Tuesday, March 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
During that time, staff in the fully accessible mobile vaccine clinic will be administering COVID-19 vaccines in line with Ministry of Health guidelines. Anyone under 30 will receive Pfizer and those 30 and older will receive Moderna.
Students, faculty, staff and anyone from the wider community are welcome.
Walk-in appointments are available while supplies last. Appointments can also be made through Ontario’s booking portal or by phoning the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900. Appointments can be booked at 8 a.m. the day before each clinic.
Additional GO-VAXX dates at the University will be posted to The Brock News as they become available.
Along with the opportunity to get vaccinated on the bus, Brock students can participate in Student Health Services’ ongoing booster shot clinics at Harrison Hall. Appointments are required and must be booked online through the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre booking link.
Proof of receiving the booster can now be uploaded to the my.brocku.ca portal.
