Input sought from Brock community as search begins for next University President

With the search for Brock’s next President and Vice-Chancellor now underway, the Advisory Committee overseeing the process is seeking input from the University community.

The Committee, established by the Board of Trustees, is chaired by Gary Comerford, immediate Past Chair of the Board of Trustees, with Professor Don Cyr, Chair of Senate, as the Committee’s vice-chair.

The Committee is currently developing the profile for the President and Vice-Chancellor position. As part of that process, it is inviting input from the broader community to assist in identifying the opportunities and challenges facing the University currently and, based on that context, the key attributes needed in the next President.

The Committee is aiming to conclude its work on the position profile in the next few weeks and is encouraging comments directly related to be submitted as soon as possible.

Input on the wider process, recommendations of potential candidates and any other feedback can be submitted at any point throughout the search process.

Comments may be submitted directly to the search consultant at emily.jarvis@perrettlaver.com
