The following is a list of thesis defences taking place between Monday, Jan. 10 and Friday, Jan. 14.

Master of Arts in Psychology thesis defence

Mirna Batinic, a Master of Arts in Psychology candidate, will defend the thesis “Linkage Behaviours and Outcomes for Serial Sex Offenders” on Friday, Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. in virtual format.

The examination committee includes Dawn Zinga, Chair; Angela Book, Supervisor; Craig Bennell, External Examiner (Director, Police Research Lab, Carleton University); Stephen Emrich, Graduate Program Director; and William Hall and Elizabeth Shulman, Committee Members.

Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies thesis defence

Dana Kalil, a Master of Arts in Applied Disability Studies candidate, will defend the thesis “Children with Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Challenges: A Descriptive Case Study Examining the Integration of Dance and Behaviour Therapy Within Day Treatment” on Friday, Jan. 14 at 1 p.m. in virtual format.

PhD in Applied Health Sciences thesis defence

Kirsten Bott, a PhD in Applied Health Sciences candidate, will defend the thesis “Effects of Exogenous Lipopolysaccharide Exposure on Bone Outcomes in Rodent Models” on Thursday, Jan. 14 from 9 a.m. to noon in virtual format.
