Thesis defences — Nov. 15 to Nov. 19

The following is a list of thesis defences taking place from Monday, Nov. 15 to Friday, Nov. 19.

Master of Science in Management (Marketing Stream) thesis defences 

Ardalan Enyi, a Master of Science in Management candidate, will defend his thesis “The Logo ‘Visual Thickness Effect’: When and Why It Boosts Brand Evaluation. Does It Relax the Logo Visual Asymmetry Side-effect?” on Tuesday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. via video conference.

The examination committee includes Michael Naraine, Chair; Xiaojing Yang, External Examiner (Darla Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina); Narongsak (Tek) Thongpapanl, Supervisor; and Kai-Yu Wang and Abdul Rehman Ashraf, Committee Members.

Oanh Nguyen, a Master of Science in Management candidate, will defend her thesis “Examining The Influence of Social Augmented Reality Apps Influence on Customer Relationships: The Mediating Role of Shared Social Experience” on Friday, Nov. 19 at 1 p.m. via video conference.

The examination committee includes Barry Babin, External Examiner (Ole Miss Business School, University of Mississippi); Kai-Yu Wang, Supervisor; and Narongsak (Tek) Thongpapanl and Sheng Deng, Committee Members.
