A reminder to students returning from Reading Week

As students prepare to return to campus on Monday, Oct. 18 after Reading Week, they are reminded to take appropriate precautions to avoid the spread of COVID-19 on campus:

  • Remember to complete the Brock Safety App COVID-19 Self-Assessment tool before arriving on campus (and be prepared to show the green date stamp screen as required, such as when accessing athletic facilities and other areas)
  • If you’re feeling unwell, stay at home — regardless of vaccination status
  • If you’re in the Rapid Antigen Screening Program, you must complete a test before arriving on campus
  • Continue to wear a mask while indoors

Students are also reminded that, as part of Brock’s COVID-19 vaccine policy, full vaccination is required for all individuals involved in any in-person activities on campus. This includes all faculty, staff and students, as well as all visitors and guests coming onto any Brock campus or site.
