Online Town Hall focused on community engagement coming next week

The latest in a series of Brock University Town Halls will be held online Friday, June 25 and will focus on community engagement.

Enhancing the life and vitality of the Niagara region and beyond is one of four key pillars in Brock’s 2018-2025 Institutional Strategic Plan. Meeting that goal will be the result of work from faculty, staff and students from departments across the University.

This Town Hall, which will run from 9:30 to 11 a.m., will follow a slightly different format than previous online events, with Brock senior leaders, students, faculty and staff joining in conversations with members of the Niagara community.

Topics to be covered include student opportunities with community partners, Brock facilities available to those in Niagara, as well as how academic programs and research benefit industry partners around us.

Each of the three segments will be followed by question-and-answer sessions.

The online Town Hall will be hosted on Lifesize here.

A full recording of the Town Hall will be available on the Brock website after the event.
