The following is a list of thesis defences taking place virtually from Monday, Feb. 1 to Friday, Feb. 5.

Master of Science thesis defence

Connor Li, a Master of Science candidate in the Department of Computer Science, will defend his thesis “Improving BWA-MEM with GPU Parallel Computing” on Monday, Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. in virtual format.

The examination committee includes Cheryl McCormick, Chair; Ke Qiu and Ping Liang, Co-Supervisors; Yifeng Li, External Examiner (Brock University); and Sheridan Houghten and Robson de Grande, Committee Members.
