Since the University’s operational changes in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Brock Central team in the Office of the Registrar has been working remotely, along with the majority of the Brock community.
Now, the team has launched their virtual Call Centre to help students by offering three different service delivery options:
- Call the Centre from Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. at 289-479-5471. Visit Brock Central’s ‘Contact Us’ page for more information.
- Schedule a virtual appointment through Microsoft Bookings (please note, appointments are conducted through Microsoft Bookings and offered virtually; on-campus appointments are not available at this time). For more information on how to book an appointment, follow these step-by-step instructions.
- Send your questions by email to email@example.com (please note, emails must be sent from a Brock email account for Brock Central to respond to inquiries regarding academic or financial status).
Brock Central assists students with requests including course registration, account and password resets, tuition, admissions, important academic and financial dates, Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), transcripts and letters, scholarships, bursaries and awards.
Regular hours of operation are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday’s from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Call Centre lines are open throughout the week from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
