New staff representative elected to Board of Trustees

Trecia McLennon, Intercultural Communications Coordinator, Office of Human Rights and Equity Services, has been elected as a representative of the ongoing staff to Brock University’s Board of Trustees. She will serve a three-year term, effective July 1, 2020 to
June 30, 2023, and joins continuing staff representative Bradley Clarke.

Giulia Forsythe, Associate Director, Centre For Pedagogical Innovation, who demonstrated a dedicated service and commitment on the Board of Trustees over the past three years, will end her term on June 30, 2020.

Eleven individuals ran in the election and over 397 ballots were received. The Board of Trustees recognizes the importance of having staff representation on the Board and is pleased to see such staff engagement in the process, both from those who stood in the election and those who voted.
