Results for the 2020 Election
The 2020 Ongoing Staff Election closed on May 27, 2020
A total of 11 nominations were received for the one available vacancy.
A total of 397 ballots were returned from an electorate of 1044 (38.12%).
Congratulations to Trecia McLennon, Intercultural Communications Coordinator, Office of Human Rights & Equity Services, on her election as a representative of the ongoing staff to the Board of Trustees.
A special thanks to all who allowed their names to stand for election. The Board of Trustees recognizes the importance of having staff representation on the Board and is pleased to see such staff engagement in the process, both from those who stood in the election and those who voted.

Voting in the election – Secure Electronic Ballots
The election will be done by electronic voting. Voting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday,
May 13, 2020 and will close at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. All eligible voters will receive an email to their Brock email account with a link to a secure electronic ballot. Each voter may vote for one candidate as there is only one vacancy. The candidate leading the poll will be declared elected to the three-year term.
