The following is a list of thesis defences taking place at Brock from Monday, March 9 to Friday, March 13.

All are open for the University community to attend.

PhD Chemistry thesis defence

Parisa Abbasi, a PhD candidate in the Department of Chemistry, will defend her thesis titled “Investigating the Cluster Chemistry of α-Methyl-2-pyridine methanol (mpmH) with Select 3d Ions” on Wednesday, March 11 at 10 a.m. in Cairns 550.

The examination committee members are Melanie Pilkington, Supervisor; Georgii Nikonov and Costa Metallinos, Advisory Committee;  Mark Turnbull, External Examiner (Clarke University); Francine McCarthy, Internal Examiner and Wendy Ward, Chair.
