The next meeting of Women In Leadership features two guest speakers on topics related to women in media.

Associate Professor Jennifer Good from the Department of Communication, Popular Culture and Film will discuss InformedOpinions.org, an organization dedicated to increasing women’s representation in the media.

Dan Dakin, Manager of Communications and Media Relations in Brock’s University Marketing and Communications Office, will give advice on media appearances and acknowledging your expertise and describe the resources available from his office for helping individuals prepare for media interactions.

All women and allies are invited to attend the monthly lunch-hour meetings of Women In Leadership, an on-campus group that aims to support women in formal and informal leadership positions and encourage the next generation of potential women leaders.
