The following is a list of thesis defences taking place at Brock from Monday, Nov. 11 to Friday, Nov. 15.

All are open for the University community to attend.

PhD Faculty of Education dissertation defence

Enoka Makulloluwa, a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Education, will defend her thesis titled “Utilizing the ESL Learners’ Socio-Cognitive Resources to Enhance General Academic Vocabulary Acquisition” on Friday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. in WH 147.

The examination committee includes Wendy Ward, Chair; Olenka Bilash, External Examiner (University of Alberta); Lynn Dempsey,Internal Examiner; Tiffany Gallagher, Supervisor; Diane Collier, Committee Member; and Zuochen Zhang, Committee Member (University of Windsor).
