Students, faculty and staff have a new choice for food in the Brock University Students’ Union building.
Hopscotch, which serves fresh, healthy food options such as salads, as well as quinoa and rice bowls is now open in Union Station, located on the ground floor of the Student Alumni Centre. The business concept was created by Brock alumni Wyatt Booth and is staffed by Brock students. All packaging used by the business is recyclable and local product is used whenever available. There are also vegan and gluten-free options available. The franchise is hosting a soft launch this week with discounted food options.
