There are still a few tickets remaining for Tuesday’s Souper Star Lunch.

The annual kick-off event for Brock’s United Way campaign will take place Tuesday, Oct. 2 in Market Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

A $10 ticket allows you to sample and judge six soups prepared by Sodexo chefs and served by Faculty deans. President Gervan Fearon will speak at the event and Brock’s 2018 campaign goal will be announced.

The remaining tickets will be available for sale at the Campus Store and Thistle Complex Welcome Desk until 11 a.m. Tuesday, and then the rest will be available at the Souper Star event itself (cash only).

In 2017, 15 per cent of faculty and staff participated in the United Way campaign, and an all-time high of $160,317 was raised. Over the past 15 years, more than $1.5 million has been raised by the Brock community for United Way.
