Expert to link life experiences and business at Goodman talk

Understanding how people’s lived experiences impact their ability to engage in institutional work is at the centre of research being presented at this week’s Goodman School of Business Luncheon Speaker Series presentation.

Gerado Okhuysen, Professor of Organizational Behaviour, University of California Irvine.

Gerado Okhuysen, a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of California Irvine, will present his co-authored paper “A place in the world: Flourishing, suffering and the values that animate institutions” on Friday, Oct. 26.

The speaker series provides an informal opportunity to listen to and discuss recent advances in research, teaching and practices with international business colleagues.

The talk will run from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in Goodman School of Business Room 310. Goodman faculty, staff and graduate students are invited to attend.
