Employees wanted for engagement survey focus groups

Brock’s Office of Human Resources is seeking employee participation in upcoming focus group sessions.

Planned for the end of March, the sessions will take a closer look at the 2017 Employee Engagement Survey results. Feedback will help the University understand employee’s interpretation of the survey questions and identify possible solutions to areas of improvement.

Employees are encouraged to sign up for one of three focus groups on Focus on Learning:

  • BUFA session
    (Faculty members and Librarians)
    Wednesday, March 28 from 9 to 11 a.m.
  • Academic and Non-Academic Leadership session
(Deans, Associate Deans, Managers and Directors)
    Wednesday, March 28 from 2 to 4 p.m.
  • Staff session
(Admin Professional, Exempt, OSSTF, IATSE and CUPE 1295/2220 and 4207 Unit 2, 3)
    Thursday, March 29 from 9 to 11 a.m.

Questions about the sessions can be directed to Jolin Wang, HR Generalist at jwang9@brocku.ca or x6733.
