Learn about Brock’s new human resources system

Brock faculty and staff are invited to attend information sessions about Workday — a new cloud-based system that seamlessly combines finance and human resources functionality.

Launched at Brock in May 2016, Workday is the new home for Brock’s financial services system. By July 1, 2018, Brock will also implement Workday payroll, recruiting, time tracking, and a human capital management system.

Workday will offer faculty, staff and administrators secure and efficient access to personal work information like compensation, benefits, job applications and vacation time.

At two information sessions planned for January, members of senior administration and the Brock team leading the HR side of the initiative, called Project Mosaic, will discuss how human resources functionality will be integrating into Workday, the system’s benefits and what users can expect once it’s launched.

Sessions take place in Pond Inlet on Tuesday, Jan. 9 from 9 to 10 a.m. and Monday, Jan. 15 from 1 to 2 p.m.

As seating is limited faculty and staff are encouraged to register in advance on Focus on Learning.
