Digitally connected devices are everywhere in our lives these days. Our homes, offices, cars and even bodies are filled with connected devices comprising what is known as the Internet of Things. But the more connected devices we have means the more possibilities there are for hackers to target us.
Brock’s ITS department is hosting a workshop this month to help teach the community about cyber security around the Internet of Things.
The workshop will be held Tuesday, Nov. 14 from 9 to 9:30 a.m. in the Computer Commons Training Room and is open to all faculty and staff.
Registration can be found on the Human Resources Focus on Learning website.
