Get muddy for a good cause

Brock University has entered a team into the Muddy Grape Endurance Run in St. Catharines.

The Ontario Special Olympics will be held at Brock June 12-14 and the Muddy Grape, similar to the Polar Plunge held here in March, will raise money for that event through the Law Enforcement Torch Run.

Brock has entered a team into the Muddy Grape, a 5km race featuring 15 different obstacles being held May 6 at Hernder Estates.

The Dirty Badgers, as the Brock team is called, is open to anyone to join or sponsor and can be found on the Muddy Grape website’s registration page at MuddyGrape.com

The University is also looking for volunteers for the Special Olympics. Anyone interested in helping help can find more information at volunteer.specialolympics.ca.
