Music program to perform at Falls library

The Music Ed Plus chamber music ensembles have been invited to perform Niagara Falls Public Library Saturday, Feb. 11.

The Music Ed Plus co-curricular program is in its fourth year of operation and showcases the musical talents of its Chamber Music Ensembles throughout the Niagara Region.

The concert, being held in the LaMarsh Room from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will open with the flute, vocal and piano ensemble performing a number of Gershwin songs, along with a baroque concerto for two flutes, coached by Colin Maier. The remainder of the concert is the five-piece jazz ensemble, coached by Zoltan Kalman, performing jazz standards and old favorites.
