TV celebrity chef Michael Smith will be visiting Brock this Wednesday Nov 9 to share some culinary tips, autograph books for his fans and serve up a dinner to remember.

The nutritional activist and Food Network host is visiting campus as part of his role as ambassador for Sodexo, the food services provider contracted by Brock to run food services at the University.

His visit begins in Market Hall when he leads a demonstration called “DIY Salad Dressings” from 11:30 am to 12:30, followed by “DIY Granola” from 1 to 2 pm.

He will do a book signing in Market Hall from 2 to 3 pm, then moves to the Campus Store for more book signing from 3:15 to 4:15 pm.

From 4:30 to 6 pm Smith concludes his Brock visit in the Decew Dining Hall, serving up dinner based on seven recipes taken from his series of cookbooks. The dishes can be purchased on an a la carte basis, and the event is open to everyone.
