David Siegel, interim Dean of the Faculty of Education, serves borscht during the annual Souper Star lunch to benefit the United Way.Tickets for the annual United Way kick-off event on Wednesday, Oct. 5 are still available at the Brock Campus Store.
The signature Souper Star lunch event will feature six exclusive soups prepared by Sodexo chefs and will be served by faculty deans. Teams of deans and chefs will go head-to-head to earn the Souper Bowl title.
For $10, staff and faculty can sample each of the soups in Market Hall and cast a vote for their favourite. The 2016 fundraising goal will also be announced at this event.
