The Brock Badgers men’s basketball team will have a new-look home off the court this season.
Brock Sports will host an event Monday, Sept. 26 at 1 p.m. to show off the first full renovation of the men’s dressing room in four decades. The project is the result of generous support from the Partridge family, who has helped the Brock community and many others over the years.
The updated look includes full, individualized wood stalls for the players and new rubberized flooring.
“I think it speaks volumes to the generosity of the people in this community and particularly the Partridges, who have given so much in so many ways to Brock University and our program,” said Kissi. “We are truly grateful for their ongoing contributions and commitment to not only the program and the University, but to the region.”
“This support from the Partridge family speaks volumes to their commitment to Brock Sports and matches the trajectory our men’s basketball program is on,” said Neil Lumsden, Director, Brock Sports.
The Badgers men and women open the Ontario University Athletics regular season at home Nov. 12 against the Toronto Varsity Blues, though both teams have full pre-season schedules leading up to that night. Season tickets will be available online through gobadgers.ca and from the Walker Complex Welcome Desk starting Monday, Sept. 26.
