A press conference will be held Tuesday to announce details of a new annual event being organized as part of Brock University’s Homecoming celebrations.

Every September, Brock hosts a series of reunions, awards, varsity sporting events, receptions and family programming as part of its Homecoming weekend.

This year’s celebrations feature a new event in downtown St. Catharines on the evening of Friday, Sept. 16 that will include a varsity matchup between two OUA rivals and a pre-game community tailgate party.

Details of the event will be announced Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 2:30 p.m. at Kully’s Original Sports Bar on St. Paul Street in St. Catharines. The announcement is open to everyone.
