Brock mourns passing of former running coach

The Brock University Badgers are mourning the loss of a great friend, former cross country coach Bill Payne, who passed away peacefully July 22 in St. Catharines at the age of 87.

“Bill’s passion for the sport of running was contagious, and he has left an incredible mark on the running community,” said former Brock cross country runner and current head coach Emily Allan. “He lived and breathed running and wanted everyone to enjoy the sport he loved so dearly.”
