Spring convocation ceremonies will have an impact on daily routines and schedules starting Tuesday morning.

On-campus road closures in place June 7 to June 10 includes the section of University Road West from the intersection of Isaac Brock Boulevard West.

Roads will be closed during convocation activities following each ceremony from approximately 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day. There will be no vehicle access to Lots P, Q, F or the Walker Complex loading dock during these closures.

Lot D, S, and Lot Reserved B are accessible to Convocation guests only. Attendees will also be directed to park in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Students and staff should park in their regular permit lots, unless otherwise directed by Parking Services staff. Other closures include Ian Beddis and Bob Davis gymnasiums, as well as the track for the duration of the week.

Regular routines and access to facilities will resume on Saturday, June 11.
