Microsoft Office ProPlus available to Brock community

Brock University faculty, staff and students can now get the latest version of Microsoft Office applications.

Information Technology Services has procured the license for Microsoft Office ProPlus as a service to the Brock community.

This license allows eligible members of the Brock Community to download to their Brock and home devices the most recent version of the following Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, Skype and Access.

The license allows the applications to be installed on up to five Brock or home computers (PC or Mac), five tablets (iOS, Android, Windows) as well as the Office mobile version on your smartphone.

This means a Brock user can have the most recent version of the applications on all of their devices.

Installation instructions will be published once the service goes live at the end of June.

Information sessions on how to transition to the new version of Microsoft Office will be advertised though the Human Resources, Focus on Learning website.

If you have any questions about this new service please contact the Help Desk at extension 4357.
