Podcast: BioLinc and Entrepreneurship on Conversations with Goodman

Dan Lynch, BioLinc Manager, and Cassie Price, BioLinc Co-ordinator, join host Susan LeBlanc on this week’s Conversations with Goodman podcast to talk about entrepreneurship in the Niagara region.

BioLinc, Brock’s business incubator run by the Goodman School of Business, provides services to young entrepreneurs and supports economic development locally through the Niagara Youth Entrepreneurship Network.

“We have one foot in entrepreneurship and business and one foot in science and technology,” says Lynch. “BioLinc is a place to experience entrepreneurship.”

Brock students, young entrepreneurs (aged 18-29) in Niagara, researchers from all of Brock’s Faculties and private sector businesses join forces at BioLinc to take a project or business development to the next level and can make use of BioLinc’s office space, business expertise, wet labs and product design lab which includes 3D printing services.

BioLinc residents benefit from transdisciplinary opportunities by collaborating with colleagues and by making use of all of BioLinc’s services such as networking events and specific experiential entrepreneurship programming.

Young entrepreneurs across Niagara are encouraged to connect and collaborate with BioLinc to have the full entrepreneurship experience.

This is the latest in the Conversations with Goodman series which is produced by the Goodman Marketing, Communications and Alumni Relations team and features guests from the Goodman community.
