Wellness week begins Monday, Nov. 30.
The week-long initiative, put on by Brock University’s Students’ Union and other departments, focuses on the overall health of students and community members through events, advocacy and student engagement.
This is fulfilled through six pillars: mental wellness, physical wellness, emotional wellness, spiritual wellness, lifestyle wellness and financial wellness. These pillars are integral to a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle during your journey at Brock.
Participants can look forward to puppy room visits, complimentary food, diverse evening events, various physical exercises and much more.
