The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) will be on campus Wednesday Nov. 4 to provide details on funding opportunities open to Canadian students and faculty in all disciplines who are interested in pursuing research or collaborative activities with partners at German universities.
DAAD is Germany’s national agency that supports international academic cooperation and exchange. At this information session, representatives of the DAAD’s Information Centre for Canada cover subjects including:
- DAAD faculty-funding opportunities
- DAAD support for programming carried out in conjunction with German university partners
- Information on activities funded by the DAAD and other German funding agencies currently taking place across Canada.
The event, hosted by Brock International Services and the Office of Research Services, will take place Nov. 4 in Cairns 207.
