The Brock Sexual Violence Support Centre is there for anyone who needs it.
Now the centre is hopeful others will come to its aid.
The centre needs to raise $10,000 by May 21 to fund its public education efforts through the summer. Without that money, those efforts, which benefit everyone, won’t continue.
“This is a worrisome thought,” says Jami Coughler, the centre’s program co-ordinator. “The training of new students and staff is incredibly important to ensure the Brock community supports survivors of sexual violence.”

“We’re hopeful we can reach this goal but we need all the support we can get,” Coughler says. “We’re asking students, staff, faculty, and community members to help.”
