Brock is looking for alumni to hand out graduation pins at Spring Convocation and to welcome graduates to the Brock University Alumni Association.

As an alumnus, your connection to Brock University doesn’t end with graduation. By handing out pins you will proudly represent the Brock University Alumni Association and welcome new graduates into the Brock University Alumni Association.

Volunteers handing out pins should plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to the ceremony they will be volunteering for in the Bob Davis gym to pick up your hood and gown.

Dates and times of convocation:

Tuesday, June 3: 10 a.m.

Wednesday, June 4: 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Thursday, June 5: 10 a.m. and 2 a.m.

Friday, June 6: 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Saturday, June 7: 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Brock is also looking for volunteers to help staff the Brock University Alumni Association welcome tent after each convocation ceremony.

The shifts are as follows:

Tuesday, June 3: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Wednesday, June 4: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. OR 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday, June 5: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. OR 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, June 6: 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. OR 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, June 7 – 1:30 p.m. OR 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
