The Department of Philosophy‘s Student Club will be hosting its 2014 Symposium on Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at Pond Inlet. There will be a series of essay readings/question and answer sessions with some of the most exciting young minds at Brock University.
Topics will include:
– The philosophy of graphic novels;
– Theatre semiotics;
– Epistemology of Antropomorphism;
– Epistemology of Einstein;
– A chance to be a hero: video games and moral development;
– Street fighter and zen;
– The ethics of MMORPG’s.
