Sandie Heckel, a part-time music instructor in the Department of Teacher Education, was awarded the Norah Morgan Memorial Award from Carousel Players at a recent District School Board of Niagara meeting.
Heckel teaches the class EDUC 8P23 (Junior/Intermediate Arts) at the Hamilton campus.
