University buildings throughout the main campus, east campus and satellite locations will be locked and closed during the holidays, starting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 24.
They will re-open for regular business hours on Thursday, Jan. 2.
Individuals who have access/proxy cards to buildings can enter the building if they’re authorized to do so during this time. For your personal safety, please contact Campus Security at x3200 to advise them of your location and let them know when you leave the building. Please ensure you have your Brock identification with you and can produce it if asked.
If you don’t have swipe/proxy card access, you must enter the University through the front of the Schmon Tower and register at the welcome desk. Campus Security officers will be stationed at the welcome desk between 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. You will be asked for identification, the reason for your visit, and length of your stay.
If there is no one at the welcome desk, contact x3200 or use the emergency phone at the pillar at the front of the Schmon Tower. An officer will meet you there.
Please contact Campus Security at x3200 when you leave.
