Career Services will host its annual career expo for students and alumni on Nov. 6.

Picking courses was difficult enough.

Now it’s time to start considering what to do after graduation.

The good news is Career Services is hosting its eighth annual Career and Post-Graduate Expo next week.

About 100 exhibitors, including prospective employers and post-graduate institutions, will be on hand for students and alumni to find out about employment, education, international, volunteer and professional development opportunities available to them.

The expo happens Tuesday, Nov. 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Ian D. Beddis gym. Participants are asked to register using the event’s mobile app, which will allow attendees to check out the exhibitor list, select information sessions they’d like to attend and create their own event itinerary.

The app will also send alerts if exhibitors are added or cancelled and alert attendees of prizes and giveaways during the expo. Instructions for how to use the map are available.

For more information about the expo or app, contact Lisa Kuiper, employer development co-ordinator at lkuiper@brocku.ca.
