As part of continuous improvement efforts to ensure the availability, reliability and performance of Brock’s technology infrastructure, ITS will be replacing key data networking equipment on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012.
In order to minimize the impact of disruptions, the ITS team is meeting regularly with key stakeholders. While only certain segments of the network will be affected at any given time, services such as virtual private networks or access to the portal may become unreachable during these planned outages.
Information updates can be found on the my.brocku.ca portal as well as brocku.ca/node/19515. Our help desk (x4357) will be operational from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday if you require any assistance.

All on-campus services will be affected. The Registration system, the Brock Portal (my.brocku.ca) and brocku.ca will be accessible from off-campus.
8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

· Printing (DBBrock, Lion, Campus print servers)
· Workstations on Active Directory
