The 2012 CCOVI Lecture Series continues this week with a free talk on the topic of resveratrol.
Resveratrol is a compound found in certain plants and plant products, including red wine, which has antioxidant and other properties believed to be beneficial to health.
Jeffrey Stuart, associate professor of Biological Sciences at Brock, will deliver a talk, entitled “Investigating resveratrol’s anti-cancer and neuroprotective effects.”
This lecture takes place Wednesday, April 18 at 3 p.m. in IH313. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
