Three questions with… Janice Peacock

Janice Peacock

Working from a scenic office that overlooks St. Catharines, Janice Peacock is an administrative assistant in the Office of the President. She has worked at Brock for a year and a half and lives in St. Catharines. She is married to Doug and has three teenage sons — Mack, Jarrod and Owen.

What do you like about your job?

I really enjoy interacting with so many different people from Brock and the community. Every day is a new experience. There is an incredible energy at Brock when the halls are filled with students.

What do you do for fun?

We are a real sports family. We really enjoy watching our sons play competitive sports, travel hockey being one, so we are in the arena at least five days a week cheering them on.

What was the last good movie you saw?

The last movie I saw was The Fighter with Mark Wahlberg. It was a surprisingly good movie (my husband picked the movie) and now it has been nominated for several Oscars.
