Brock will host an acclaimed accessibility advocate in a special talk in the Sankey Chamber on May 14.
Rabia Kedhr, a consultant with DiversityworX, will headline Accessibility — Building Inclusive Communities, an event hosted by the Office of Human Rights and Equity Services and the University Accessibility co-ordinator.
Kedhr will share her views on how to build a barrier-free community on campus, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels they belong. As a mother of four and a person living with a disability, Kedhr specializes in action research, inclusion and community development.
