Michael Armstrong, associate professor, Faculty of Business, was quoted in the Hamilton Spectator on Jan. 28 and the St. Catharines Standard on Jan. 29 talking about Toyota’s automobile recall. “They seem to be very open about it, which is important,” Armstrong is quoted as saying in the Standard article. “You need to be doing the right things and they seem to be doing the right things.”
