Professor Charles Burton, Political Science, wrote an opinion piece that appeared in The Globe and Mail, Ottawa Citizen and Halifax Chronicle-Herald on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1. “It is fair to conclude,” Burton writes, “that ‘quiet diplomacy’ with China has not benefited Canada economically.”

Burton also appeared in the Nov. 29 Toronto Star article “PM’s Beijing trip more hope than hype.”
