Celebrate with a lineup of local entertainment and culinary options. From tacos, sliders and Italian fare to fresh oysters, charcuterie, comfort food and more, this event promises to have something for everyone.

Event FAQ
Each ticket purchased includes:
- Two beverage tickets (one alcohol and one non-alcohol)
- Appetizer stations available from 6 to 7 p.m.
- Four tickets to enjoy culinary offerings from local food vendors
- Dessert, coffee and tea
Any additional food and beverages guests wish to enjoy will be available for purchase at the event.
Guest parking is complimentary on campus in Lots D, B1 and Lot 1 for guests attending the event. Directional signage will be provided when entering campus.
Guests will enter through the main entrance of the University into the Rankin Family Pavilion (RFP). Stairs and elevator access will bring guests to the upper level of RFP, which directly leads to the Podium where the rooftop event will be held. Wayfinders will be available to assist guests upon arrival.
In case of rain or high winds, the event will be moved indoors to the lower and upper levels of the Rankin Family Pavilion (RFP). Guests will enter through the main entrance of the University and into the RFP rain or shine.
Accessible parking will be available on campus. Guests who require it will also have access to an accessible drop-off zone at the main entrance, an elevator to enter the outdoor Podium space, and indoor accessible washrooms.
Please note that seating at the event is varied but does include open table seating. If you have any additional questions about event accessibility, please email events@brocku.ca.
Food options will be available for those with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian and gluten-free. For more specific information about dietary concerns, please email events@brocku.ca.
A smart casual dress code with flat footwear on the Podium is recommended. Show your Badger pride by wearing Brock gear and memorabilia.
No, you do not need to be a Brock grad to attend this event. The Skyline Celebration is an event open to all.
The History of the Podium
Experience history in the making at the Brock Podium, the outdoor rooftop area surrounding the third floor of the Arthur Schmon Tower. Originally intended as the venue for convocation between 1967 and 1972, the plans were later moved indoors to the new gymnasium built in 1973. Though the Podium was envisioned as an event space and parking area, these plans were never fully realized.
For the first time, we are bringing this vision to life with Brock’s Skyline Celebration.
