Shannon Welbourn is a lecturer and the coordinator of the Technological Education Program at the Faculty of Education, Brock University in the Golden Horseshoe of Ontario. She is also a second-year doctoral student with a concentration in Technology and Leadership at the William Howard Taft University, Colorado. Shannon has been a recipient of the SITE Outstanding Presentation Award and has also been awarded the CEWIL Grant on behalf of the Tech Ed Teacher Candidates. She not only publishes in tech-ed but has also authored numerous curricula aligned books for teachers and children.
